This policy describes the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested for services provided by Calgary Roofing Repairs.
Cancellations for scheduled roof inspections made with more than 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund of any prepaid inspection fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs. In weather or safety conditions that prevent roof access, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
For repair projects, deposit amounts are applied toward the project cost. If a client cancels a repair project after materials have been ordered, a restocking fee and any non-returnable material costs may be deducted from any refund. Work that has been completed in accordance with the agreed scope of work is not subject to refund.
If you believe completed work does not meet the standards described in your project agreement, please contact us promptly. We take workmanship concerns seriously and will arrange a follow-up inspection to assess the concern. Where a legitimate workmanship deficiency is found within the warranty period specified in your agreement, we will arrange to address it at no additional cost. Our preference is always to resolve concerns directly rather than through formal dispute processes.
Roofing work requires appropriate weather conditions. We may need to reschedule work if weather creates unsafe conditions or would compromise the quality of the installation. Rescheduling due to weather is not grounds for cancellation without notice, and any prepaid amounts remain applicable to the rescheduled work.
